LISTEN

Because we realize every organization is different and their problems, issues and goals are unique, we understand is is necessary to listen first.  Professional consultants in every field get the facts from proper diagnosis before they prescribe.  We follow this sound practice.

ALL LEVELS

Executives, managers and individuals in all areas of an organization have unique and valid views of what is going on and what needs to change in order to make things better.  We research systematically yet personally at all levels to ensure we get as close as we can to the truth and at the same time get everyone ready for change.  

READINESS FOR CHANGE

Change, whether it be growth or retrenchment requires difficult decisions and a different way of thinking and behaving.  Therefore getting engagement and buy in from those responsible to lead and make the changes is critical.  We use workshops and one to one discussions to help everyone get ready.

CO-DESIGN

No one can design the perfect way to structure and organize the way forward in isolation.  We use our experience of over 35 years working with people and those responsible for the results in the executive to develop a cohesive yet practical series of events and activities to ensure successful delivery of the desired outcomes.

ALL LEVELS

The way the events impact each level is also very important.  People do not respond well to having things done to them.  When involved in the design, each person is more likely to engage  as they will better understand the reasons for the  way things will be delivered.

READINESS FOR CHANGE

Being involved in the design also equips the whole organization to begin to model the new culture and process the organisation will use going forward when instituting new or different initiatives.  Therefore it matters immensely that everyone can help shape what is to come.

DELIVER

Painstakingly listening and then designing with others helps get it right, yet it is highly likely when it comes to delivery more changes will need to be made.  We ensure that our coaches focus on the expected results of each interaction.  The delivery method, techniques and models are subject to re-design depending upon what is going on at the moment.

What is apt for executives in language and methodology will not work for technical staff.  We make sure we adapt our delivery to suit  the person, team and ethos of the organization so it fits.  This helps with alignment at all levels.  

READINESS FOR CHANGE

We use a bite sized, incremental approach to ensure individuals can recognise, relate, assimilate and then apply what they have chosen to do differently.  Sheep dipping just does not allow time for change and new attitudes and behaviours.  Going for permanent growth or development is the key to making a positive difference.
